Regulation 14 Amendment of the Regulations

In regulation 35 (notices) there is inserted after paragraph (5)–

“(6)

When issuing any decision or determination in respect of which there exists a right of appeal to the Scottish Ministers under these Regulations, SEPA shall advise all persons who have such a right of appeal of its existence.”.
