  "text": "In Schedule 8 (procedures in connection with appeals to the Scottish Ministers)–\n(a) in paragraph 4(1) for “him” there is substituted “them”; and\n(b) in paragraph 6(1), for “and shall provide the appellant with a copy of any report mentioned in paragraph 4(9)”, there is substituted “, shall provide the appellant with a copy of any report mentioned in paragraph 4(9) and shall advise the appellant of the right of appeal under regulation 22(5)”.",
