Regulation 5 Amendment of the Regulations
In regulation 7 (permits: general provisions)–
(a)
in paragraph (1) after “an installation” there is inserted “or mobile plant”; and
(b)
in paragraph (8) after “or” where it appears for the second time in the second line, there is inserted “mobile”.
