In Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraph 2–
(a) in sub-paragraph (1) for “Subject to paragraph 4”, substitute “Subject to paragraph 4 and Part 5 of this Schedule”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (2), in Table 1, for the entry relating to section 5.1 substitute–
