# The Polygraph (Amendment) Rules 2022, Rule 1: Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Polygraph (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into force on 21st March 2022.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.
(3) In these Rules, “the 2009 Rules” means the Polygraph Rules 2009.
