Article 8 Works to be deemed part of harbour undertaking

The works shall be deemed for all purposes to be part of the harbour undertaking authorised by the Poole Harbour Acts and Orders 1756 to 1981 and all byelaws, rules and regulations of the Commissioners for the time being in force relating to that harbour undertaking shall apply to the works and may be enforced by the Commissioners accordingly.
