Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Poole Harbour Revision Order 2001.

The Poole Harbour Acts and Orders 1756 to 1999 and this Order may be cited together as the Poole Harbour Acts and Orders 1756 to 2001.

Subject to paragraph (4) below this Order shall come into force on 25th August 2001.

Article 13 of this Order shall come into force on 1st January 2002.
