Article 14 Repeal and revocation of enactments

On the new constitution date—

(a)

the Acts referred to in columns (1) and (2) of Part I of Schedule 3 to this Order shall be repealed to the extent specified in column (3) of that Part; and

(b)

the Order referred to in columns (1) and (2) of Part II of Schedule 3 to this Order shall be revoked to the extent specified in column (3) of that Part.
