# The Poole Harbour Revision Order 2012, Paragraph 19

Extent: E+W+S

Regulating or prohibiting the fishing for or the taking of marine creatures of any type and by whatever means, from any installation or structure of any kind within the harbour, or from any vessel within the harbour, where such fishing or taking interferes with the operation of, or the safety of navigation in, the harbour.
