# The Poole Harbour Revision Order 2012, Paragraph 28

Extent: E+W+S

Regulating or preventing the use within the harbour, and within any vessels within the harbour of fires, lights, tobacco, fireworks or any other substance, equipment, tools or appliances which the Commissioners consider involve a risk of fire, explosion or chemical reaction.
