# The Poole Harbour Revision Order 2012, Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W+S

Regulating the conduct of all persons in the harbour not being—
(a) members of a police force or officers; or
(b) servants of the Crown; or
(c) members of a fire brigade whilst in the exercise of their duties as such.
