# The Poole Harbour Revision Order 2012, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W+S

Where an Act in Part 1 of this Schedule is repealed subject to exceptions, and a provision included in the repeal is relevant for the interpretation of an excepted provision, the repeal shall not affect the interpretation of the excepted provision.
