# The Poole Harbour Revision Order 2012, Paragraph 7

Extent: E+W+S

Where an instrument or document refers to any provision of the former legislation, the reference shall, except where the context otherwise requires, be construed as, or as including, a reference to any provision of this Order relating to the same matter.
