  "text": "Any general direction made under the 2012 Order, special direction, byelaw, regulation, licence, lease, consent or other agreement made, issued, entered into or granted by the Commissioners in relation to the harbour undertaking and in force immediately before this Order comes into force continues to have effect, notwithstanding the amendments set out in articles 38 to 40 and the revocations and repeals set out in article 41 and Schedule 3.",
