Article 25 Aids to navigation
(1)
In addition to its powers under section 201 of the 1995 Act, but subject to holding any necessary rights in or over land, the Commissioners may erect, place, alter, discontinue or remove any aid to navigation in any place adjacent to the harbour.
(2)
The Commissioners must not exercise the powers of paragraph (1) without the approval of Trinity House.
