Article 38 Amendment of the 1999 Order

The 1999 Order is amended as follows.

In article 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), for the definition of “the harbour” substitute—

  • ““the harbour” means Poole harbour as described in article 4 (area of the harbour) of and Schedule 1 (harbour limits) to the Poole Harbour Revision Order 2012;”.

In article 8 (works to be deemed part of harbour undertaking), omit “authorised by the Poole Harbour Acts and Orders 1756 to 1981”.
