  "text": "Provided always and be it enacted That no Soldier Seaman Shipwright or other Artificer or Workman imployed in Their Majesties Service shall have any Settlement in any Parish Port-towne or other Towne by Delivery and Publication of a notice in Writeing as aforesaid unlesse the same be after the Dismission of such person out of Their Majesties Service.",
