  "text": "Provided always and be it hereby Enacted that all such persons who think themselves agrieved with any such Judgment of the said two Justices may appeal to the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the County Riding City Towne-Corporate or Liberty from which the said person was so removed.",
