  "heading": "Offences relating to transport security inspectors",
  "text": "(1) Any person who—\n(a) intentionally obstructs a transport security inspector acting in the exercise of a power conferred upon that inspector by these Regulations, or\n(b) falsely pretends to be a transport security inspector,\ncommits an offence.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (1)(a) is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; or\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.\n(3) A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (1)(b) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.\n(4) Any person who—\n(a) without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a requirement imposed on them under regulation 22(2)(d), or\n(b) in furnishing any information so required makes a statement which that person knows to be false in a material particular, or recklessly makes a statement which is false in a material particular,\ncommits an offence.\n(5) A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (4) is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; or\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.",
