  "heading": "Statutory undertakers",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker may, subject to Schedule 4 (protective provisions), acquire compulsorily new rights over land belonging to, extinguish rights of, or remove or reposition apparatus belonging to, statutory undertakers over or within the Order land.\n(2) In this article, “statutory undertaker” means a person falling within section 127(8) of the 2008 Act.",
