  "text": "(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the book of reference (document 4.03 Rev1, April 2015);\n(b) the design and access statement (document 10.03, July 2014);\n(c) the design principles document (document DPD1.01, April 2015);\n(d) the environmental statement (documents 6.01 to 6.04.7, July 2014);\n(e) the land plans (document 2.03, July 2014); and\n(f) the works plans (document 2.04, July 2014),\nfor certification that they are true copies of the plans or documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
