# The Porthmadog Harbour Revision Order 1998, Article 19: Survey of tidal works


The Secretary of State may at any time, if he deems it expedient, order a survey and examination of a tidal work, and any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State in such a survey and examination shall be recoverable from the Council.
