Article 8 Power to dredge

(1)

The Council may from time to time deepen, dredge, scour, cleanse, alter and improve the bed and foreshore of the harbour.

(2)

No materials taken up or collected in the exercise of the powers of this article shall be deposited below the level of high water except in such position as the Secretary of State may approve and subject to such conditions or restrictions as he may impose.
