# The Portishead Branch Line (MetroWest Phase 1) Order 2022, Article 9: Benefit of Order

Extent: E+W

Subject to article 10 (consent to transfer benefit of Order) and article 11 (agreements with Network Rail) the provisions of this Order conferring powers on the undertaker have effect solely for the benefit of the undertaker.
