Article 57 Revocation of Dockyard Port Orders

On the coming into force of this Order the following Orders in Council or provisions thereof shall be revoked—

(a)

the Dockyard Port of Portland Order 1963^f1;

(b)

the Dockyard Port of Portland (Amendment) Order 1965^f2;

(c)

the Dockyard Port of Portland (Amendment) Order 1967^f3;

(d)

article 6 of the Dockyard Ports (Amendment) Order 1970^f4;

(e)

the Dockyard Port of Portland (Amendment) Order 1973^f5.
