# The Portland Harbour Revision Order 1997, Article 59: Saving for Weymouth and Portland Borough Council


Nothing in this Order shall restrict or otherwise affect the discharge by the Council of any functions under any enactment relating to public health, environmental protection, coast protection, flood defence or land drainage.
