# Post Office Act 1908, Section 75: Application of fines


All fines, forfeitures, and other sums recovered in respect of an offence under this Act shall, notwithstanding anything in any other Act, he paid into the Exchequer unless applied as an appropriation in aid under section two of the 54 & 55 Vict. c. 24.Public Accounts and Charges Act, 1891.
