# Post Office Act 1969, Paragraph 12


An authority granted under section 5(1) of the Telegraph Act 1892 which is effective at the appointed day shall, as from that day, have effect as if it had been granted under that section as amended by paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to this Act.
