  "text": "POST OFFICE\nMade 26th February 1973\nLaid before Parliament 9th March 1973\nComing into Operation 1st May 1973\nThe Minister of Posts & Telecommunications and the Secretary of State for the Environment in the exercise of the powers conferred upon them by Section 76 and paragraph 93(4) of Schedule 4 to the Post Office Act 1969 and the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications and the Secretary of State for Scotland in the exercise of the powers conferred upon them by the said section 76 and paragraph 93(4) of Schedule 4 to the said Act and of Every other power enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—",
