  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Postal Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021 and subject to paragraph (2) shall come into operation on 11th October 2021.\n(2) Rules 158, 159 and 165-168 come into operation on the commencement of section 1 of the Insolvency (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016.",
