Article 112 Application of Chapter 5
(1)
This Chapter applies in relation to costs in connection with postal administration proceedings under the Rules.
(2)
In this Chapter a reference to costs includes charges and expenses.
(3)
Subject to provision to inconsistent effect made in this Chapter, Order 62 of the Rules of the Court of Judicature applies to insolvency proceedings in the High Court with any necessary modifications.
