# The Postal Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021, Article 122: Affidavit in support of application


An application under Rule 121(3) shall, subject to paragraph (2), be supported by an affidavit made by a registered medical practitioner as to the mental or physical condition of the incapacitated person.
