# The Postal Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021, Article 126: Principal court rules and practice to apply


Except so far as is inconsistent with the Rules, the Rules of the Court of Judicature and the practice of the High Court apply to postal administration proceedings with any necessary modifications.
