# The Postal Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021, Article 140: Preliminary


(1) The Rules in this Part apply to applications to the court, made by the postal administrator, for an order under Article 200 of the 1989 Order (inquiry into company’s dealings),
(2) The following definitions apply—
(a) the person in respect of whom an order is applied for is “the respondent”;
(b) “Article 200” means Article 200 of the 1989 Order;
