# The Postal Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021, Article 151: Application


(1) Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) of this Rule, this Chapter applies where a notice or other document is required to be given, delivered or sent under the 1989 Order or the Rules by any person, including a postal administrator.
(2) This Chapter does not apply to the service of—
(a) any application to the court;
(b) any evidence in support of that application; or
(c) any order of the court.
(3) This Chapter does not apply to the delivery of documents to the registrar.
