Article 153 Postal delivery of documents

Unless in any particular case some other form of delivery is required by the 1989 Order, the Rules or an order of the court, a notice or other document may be sent by post in accordance with the rules for postal service in Order 65 of the Rules of the Court of Judicature and sending by such means has effect as specified in those rules.
