# The Postal Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021, Article 154: Non-receipt of notice of meeting


Where in accordance with the 1989 Order or the Rules, a meeting of creditors or other persons is summoned by notice, the meeting is presumed to have been duly summoned and held, notwithstanding that not all those to whom the notice is to be given have received it.
