# The Postal Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021, Article 47: Admission and rejection of proofs for dividend


(1) A proof may be admitted for dividend either for the whole amount claimed by the creditor, or for part of that amount.
(2) If the postal administrator rejects a proof in whole or in part, the postal administrator shall prepare a written statement of their reasons for doing so, and send it forthwith to the creditor.
