# The Postal Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021, Article 88: Notice of vacation of office when postal administrator ceases to be qualified to act


Where the postal administrator who has ceased to be qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company gives notice in accordance with paragraph 90, the postal administrator shall also give notice to the registrar.
