# The Postal Administration (Scotland) (Amendment) Rules 2017, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument corrects errors in S.I. 2016/900 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State makes the following Rules, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and section 73(3) of the Postal Services Act 2011.
