  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThe purpose of these Rules is to make certain corrections to the Postal Administration (Scotland) Rules 2016 (S.I. 2016/900). Rules 2(1)–(10) correct minor typographical errors identified by the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments. Rules 2(11) and (12) correct various cross-referencing errors.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.",
