# The Postal Administration (Scotland) Rules 2016, Article 102: Fees, expenses, etc.

Extent: S

(1) All fees, costs, charges and other expenses incurred in the course of the postal administration are to be regarded as expenses of the postal administration.
(2) The expenses associated with the prescribed part shall be paid out of the prescribed part.
