# The Postal Administration (Scotland) Rules 2016, Article 20: The chair at meetings

Extent: S

(1) At any meeting of creditors summoned by the postal administrator, either the postal administrator or a person nominated by the postal administrator in writing shall chair.
(2) A person so nominated must be either—
(a) one who is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company; or
(b) an employee of the postal administrator or the postal administrator’s firm who is experienced in insolvency matters.
