# The Postal Administration (Scotland) Rules 2016, Article 57: Notification by postal administrator of court order

Extent: S

(1) Where the court makes an order to end the postal administration, the postal administrator must send to the registrar of companies in Form PA16(S), attaching a copy of the court order and a copy of postal administrator’s final progress report.
(2) Where the court makes an order to end the postal administration and the applicant was not the postal administrator then that applicant shall give a copy of the order to the postal administrator.
