# The Postal Packets (Customs and Excise) (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Regulation 2


In these Regulations—
“Community goods” shall have the meaning given by Article 1.2(e) of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 4151/88;
“territory of the Community” shall have the meaning given by Article 3.1 of Council Directive 77/388/EEC.
