# The Postal Packets (Customs and Excise) Regulations 1986, Regulation 4


Section 16 of the Post Office Act 1953 shall apply to all postal packets, other than postcards, which are posted in the United Kingdom for transmission to any place outside it or which are brought by post into the United Kingdom.
