# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2000, Article 2: Commencement


(1) The provisions of the Act specified in Schedule 1 shall come into force on 6th November 2000.
(2) The provisions of the Act specified in Schedule 2 shall come into force on 1st January 2001.
(3) The provisions of the Act specified in Schedule 3 shall come into force on 26th March 2001.
