# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 103: Merchant Shipping Act 1995

In section 30(10)(a) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 (payment of seamen’s wages) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “the Post Office company (within the meaning of Part IV of the Postal Services Act 2000)”.
