# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 110: Deregulation (Model Appeal Provisions) Order 1996

In paragraph 35(5) of the Schedule to the Deregulation (Model Appeal Provisions) Order 1996 (model rules for appeals) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
