# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 114: Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 217(1)(b) of that Act (meaning of appropriate Minister) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “ a universal postal service provider”.
